New Early Childhood Website for Ohio Residents

POSTED: November 27th 2012
The Ohio Departments of Education, Job and Family Services, Health, Mental Health and Developmental Disabilities are pleased to announce the creation of a new early childhood website (www.earlychildhoodohio.org<http://www.earlychildhoodohio.org>) that has been designed to be a central location for information regarding early childhood programs, updates and news.  In addition to providing information about the system, there is a section on the website dedicated to updates on Early Learning Challenge Grant activities.

All of the agencies are committed to using this site to share updates and to provide information to the early childhood field.  The audience is intended to be professionals working with families and children everyday and/or stakeholders with an interest in the development of Ohio's early childhood system.  We hope that you find the website useful.  This site, within the upcoming week, will replace the www.build-ohio.org<http://www.build-ohio.org> website.  Also, under the "What's New" section you will find the link to register for the regional meetings that are being offered across the state.

We also hope that you, your families and your colleagues all have a relaxing and joyful holiday.  We are incredibly thankful to be able to work with you to improve the system that supports Ohio's families to maximize their child's learning and development.
