CRF collects and uses certain information about you and your child relating to your child’s use of the product in accordance with our privacy policy.
Why do you collect my data? We use data to generate accurate reports about your child’s growth, to improve the accuracy of those reports, and to improve to our understanding of how young children learn.
What do you collect that can identify me? We may collect your SIM number, IP address, device ID and your child’s first name, birthdate and gender. If you choose, you may provide a fictional name, gender, and birthdate as long as the birthdate is close to actual age so your child’s progress is reported reasonably accurately in the parent reports.
What do you collect that cannot identify me? We collect data that is not personal to you or your child like your general location, information about game play, score data and audio samples.
Why do you collect my data? We provide a product to enhance and report your child’s pre-kindergarten readiness skills. We collect name and gender merely as an identifier. We collect birthdate so your child’s skill level is accurately compared to children of similar age. We use data to improve our product and our report to you about your child’s skill levels. You can be assured that we protect the information we collect.
How do you collect my data? We collect the initial child data when you provide it and the testing data when your phone or device links up to us through cell phone towers.
Do you share my data? We do not share any data with 3rd parties that can identify you or your child. We may share non-personal data as we continue to learn to optimize pre-kindergarten growth of young children.
What rights do I have over my data? You have the right to ask us about the personal data we process about you, the purpose and nature of the processing, and to provide information on who we share it with. You have the right to expect us to protect your personal data and keep it safe.

This End User Agreement (the “Agreement”) contains the terms and conditions governing access to and use of all of the Services and Software (PRODUCT) obtained from Children’s Reading Foundation (CFR) and its READY! For Kindergarten software. CRF may amend this Agreement in subsequent versions and updates.
If YOU (YOU and all of the individuals and entities for whom or for whose Devices you obtain the PRODUCT) DO NOT AGREE TO THESE TERMS, DO NOT ACCESS OR USE THIS PRODUCT.
CRF is providing the PRODUCT without charge to you. The product is copyrighted and YOU agree to comply with the copyright and refrain from unauthorized use and infringement.
The PRODUCT is provided AS IS, and CFR disclaims any and all representations or warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, with respect to it, including any implied warranties of merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose.
CRF shall not be responsible for any loss or damage to YOU or any third parties caused by the product. CRF shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, special, incidental or consequential damage, whether based on contract or tort or any other legal theory, arising out of any use of the PRODUCT.
Attorney Fees and Expenses: In a dispute arising out of or related to this Agreement, the prevailing party shall have the right to collect from the other party its reasonable attorney fees and costs and necessary expenditures.
Governing Law: This Agreement shall be governed in accordance with the laws of the State of Washington.
Jurisdiction: The parties consent to the exclusive jurisdiction and venue of the federal and state courts located in Benton County, Washington in any action arising out of or relating to this Agreement. The parties waive any other venue to which either party might be entitled by domicile or otherwise.
