You may fax your order to us 24 hrs. a day/7 days a week! Please be sure to include your phone number and all pertinent billing and shipping information should we need to contact you about your order. This will help us process your order more efficiently.

Please make sure a copy of your purchase order is included. If placed without a purchase order, it is still a binding order and your responsibility to pay, as we do not have access to your specific policies and procedures.

Backorders or out of stock items

If an item is out of stock or on back order status at the time you place your order, we will ship as soon as the product becomes available.


Only items that are defective will be considered for a replacement (not exchange or credit). Please be sure to order carefully according to your program needs as we cannot accept returns caused by over-ordering. We are happy to help you plan your order!

Any return must have a return authorization. Please contact us at (509) 396-7700 to schedule return of your item. All returns must be made within 10 days of delivery to your site to be considered for exchange. We do not offer cash refunds and will issue exchanges on same product returned. All unauthorized returns will be refused.

Missing Items?

Be sure to check your entire order upon receipt. Our orders are carefully packed and double checked, so if an item is missing, let us know immediately so we can rectify the situation. We take pride in what we do and want to make sure you have the necessary materials. If you need a complete inventory list, let us know and we can email you one. Any missing items must be reported within 10 days. Cost of shipping missing items will be READY!'s responsibility if claim is made within 10 days of receipt. Customer will be responsible for any additional or expedited shipping costs after 10 days.

Shipping Charges

Shipping is calculated on the sub total of your order. From 1-4 kits is 25%, 5-74 is 15% and 75+ is 12% of the order subtotal. Orders that are picked up will be charged a 5% handling fee, added to the total. Orders to Alaska and outside the U.S. will be calculated separately. Please contact our office for accurate shipping costs.

International Orders

We ship international orders by UPS or UPS freight. The shipping charge is for product to reach your destination only. This does not include any additional fees you may be assessed for importing product into your country. Other fees you may be charged are brokerage fees. Duties, taxes and any bank exchange rate charges.

  1. The carrier can bill you for brokerage duties and taxes. Although this may not occur at the time of your delivery, the carrier has the right to bill you at a later time. All fees are the responsibility of the customer.
  2. READY! fees: READY! will bill you for any bank exchange fees. Bank Exchange rates may not be known at the time of your order, but we have the right to bill you for those fees at a later date. All fees are the responsibility of the customer.
  3. If product is confiscated or returned to our location, we will not be held responsible. We are not responsible to replace confiscated goods. A 15% restocking fee will apply to orders returned by customs.

Payment for Invoices

Payment is due upon receipt or may be accepted at the time of your order.

Payment Options

We accept VISA, Discover, MasterCard or American Express via PayPal. Check, cashier's checks or money orders are also accepted. All returned checks will be assessed a $25 fee. We reserve the right to limit your total purchase amount by credit card.
